Raspberry Main Menu

Overview

The menu is divided into many submenus and installed Raspberry programs.
Below, the main folders are described in the main menu.

Main menu

1) A selection menu opens with many categories or collectors and command buttons. Below, the icons are used to explain which apps can hide behind the categories.
2) This icon hides already installed development tools for programming software and hardware (e.g..B for Java or Python).
3) This icon hides already installed office software such as .B. Libre Office Writer / Calc / Math etc..
4) This icon hides already installed Internet software such as .B Chromium browser, mail clients or VNC clients.
5) This icon hides programs for playing audio or video files.
6) This icon hides programs for image viewing or image editing such as .B Image Viewer or GIMP.
7) This icon hides very important, systemically important programs such as the terminal, the task manager, a calculator, the file manager, a text editor, a program for archiving / zipping etc.
8) Here you can find different apps, which are supported by the browser “Crome”
9) Below you will find important Raspberry Pi OS and Debian links to the current official documentation.
10) Behind this icon are the most important adjustment options, which are possible via the graphical interface.
11) Behind this icon are the most important adjustment options, which are possible via the graphical interface.
12) With this icon, the system can be shut down or restarted. If you have multiple users, you can also log out of here.
13) Here the app Chromium can be started directly.

15) With this icon, the LXTerminal can be started.

Your main menu shouldn’t look the same, as the menu navigation changes with each installed app.
